NeuroZen Tinnitus Scam Warning: Fake CNN Health and Dr. Oz Email
Warning: I received a spam email promoting a tinnitus product called NeuroZen while presenting the offer as a CNN Health report involving Dr. Oz. The email used the subject: CNN Special: Scientists uncover 10-second Tinnitus flush (Proof inside) Despite the CNN branding and medical language, the message did not come from CNN, and its links did not lead to CNN.com. What the email claimed The sender was displayed as Clinical Hearing Report , using the address support＠evasia.net . The message claimed that scientists had discovered a natural tinnitus remedy and stated that Dr. Oz had revealed the “real medical truth” about tinnitus. Among the claims in the email were: “tinnitus is NOT an ear problem” “restores absolute silence in as little as 48 hours” The email then promoted a product called NeuroZen and repeatedly encouraged the recipient to watch a supposed CNN Health presentation.
