Ace Hardware “You Have Won a YETI PATRIOTIC Bundle” Scam Email

Warning: I received an unsolicited email claiming to be from Ace Hardware and saying that I had been selected to receive a “YETI® PATRIOTIC BUNDLE.”

The email asks the recipient to complete a short survey and then click “CLAIM YOUR REWARD.”

This is a scam email. Do not click the reward button, complete the survey, or provide personal or payment information.

I received this email on September 14, 2026.

The sender address is not from Ace Hardware's official acehardware.com domain.

What the email claims

The message says:

Today's winner is
YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED!

It claims that the recipient has been chosen to receive a:

YETI® PATRIOTIC BUNDLE

It then says the reward is part of an “exclusive customer loyalty program” and asks the recipient to answer a survey that supposedly takes only 60 seconds.

The main call-to-action is:

CLAIM YOUR REWARD

The email also uses phrases such as “LIMITED OFFER,” “LIMITED TIME ONLY,” and “Limited Quantities” to encourage quick action.

Ace Hardware specifically warns about this type of scam

Ace Hardware's official fraud guidance ("Online Security & Safety" section) describes phishing emails that promise a reward for completing a survey.

Ace warns that these emails may offer a free gift, then request payment information after the survey, supposedly for shipping or handling. Ace also specifically warns about unsolicited emails claiming to offer free gifts or prizes.

According to Ace Hardware, it does not contact customers through unsolicited email campaigns offering these types of prize giveaways.

This email closely matches that warning: it claims the recipient has already been selected for a free YETI bundle and asks them to complete a short survey to receive it.

The same YETI Patriotic Bundle scam has been reported before

This does not appear to be an isolated email.

BBB Scam Tracker received a report in July 2026 involving an email that impersonated Ace Hardware and told the recipient that they had won a YETI patriotic bundle.

Similar Ace Hardware-themed messages offering a YETI Patriotic Bundle have continued to appear in public spam reports since then.

The email I received in September used the subject:

You have won a YETI PATRIOTIC Bundle 🎁 ID#136703

This indicates that variants of the same prize-and-survey campaign have continued circulating for at least several weeks.

The email mixes Ace Hardware, Bunnings and YETI branding

Another obvious warning sign is that the message combines several unrelated brand references.

The sender and graphics present the email as an Ace Hardware promotion, and the supposed prize is a YETI product bundle.

However, the email also says:

LIMITED OFFER | BUNNINGS CUSTOMERS | AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE

and ends with:

© 2026 Bunnings Rewards

The product description also unexpectedly switches from English to French.

This inconsistent combination of Ace Hardware, Bunnings and YETI branding is another strong indication that the message was assembled to imitate legitimate retail promotions rather than being a genuine offer from Ace Hardware.

Bunnings also warns about fake prize and survey emails

Bunnings' official scam warning says scammers use the Bunnings name and logo in fake emails, websites and social media promotions offering prizes or other rewards.

Its warning specifically mentions fake customer surveys, supposed free items that require shipping or delivery payments, and Bunnings-branded emails claiming that the recipient has won a prize.

The presence of “BUNNINGS CUSTOMERS” and “Bunnings Rewards” in an email that otherwise claims to be from Ace Hardware therefore does not make the promotion legitimate.

What to do if you receive this email

  • Do not click “CLAIM YOUR REWARD.”
  • Do not complete the survey.
  • Do not enter your name, address, phone number, card details or other personal information.
  • Do not pay a shipping, handling or processing fee to receive the supposed prize.
  • If you want to check a promotion, visit Ace Hardware through its official website directly rather than through an email link.
  • Delete or report the message as phishing or spam.

If you already entered information

If you submitted personal information through the linked survey or website, be cautious about follow-up emails, calls or text messages using that information.

If you entered payment-card information, contact your card issuer using the number printed on the card or another trusted official channel and review recent transactions for anything you do not recognize.

If you reused a password on the linked site, change that password on the legitimate service and anywhere else you used the same password.

Bottom line

The “You have won a YETI PATRIOTIC Bundle” email from info@hn7dm50x.shedutypubli.br.com is not a legitimate Ace Hardware prize notification.

The message matches a prize-and-survey phishing pattern that Ace Hardware itself warns about, and closely related YETI Patriotic Bundle scams impersonating Ace Hardware have already been reported independently.

Do not click “CLAIM YOUR REWARD” or provide information through the survey.
